Anne Gildea-Olt


Anne is a seasoned Human Resources executive who has a history of successfully working with business leaders of fast-paced organizations to drive strategic transformation and growth through the development and implementation of human capital initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

Anne’s career history includes more than 25 years of HR management experience in Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized equity owned companies, private start-ups and nonprofit organizations. Prior to starting an HR consulting firm, Strategic HRM Solutions, LLC, Anne worked at Epicor Software Corporation, a global technology company. In her most recent role as VP of the Human Resources Business Partner team, Anne led a team of HR professionals located in EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Specific accomplishments included successfully driving initiatives that increased employee engagement and reduced attrition, leading organizations through transformational change, upscaling talent through talent assessment and succession planning and facilitating M&A integration efforts. As an HR leader with business acumen, Anne was an advisor and confidant to executives.

Prior to joining Epicor, Anne held leadership positions at several organizations. Anne was the Human Resources Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters’ national headquarters. At Business Software Solutions, a start-up IT consulting company, Anne created the HR function and served as the VP of Human Resources. Anne has also worked in management positions at General Electric and Astra Merck (now AstraZeneca).

Anne earned her B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University and her MILR (Master of Industrial and Labor Relations) from Cornell University. 

Anne has her Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SHRM-SCP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Anne is an active member of the SHRM-Atlanta Chapter and is currently on the Volunteer Leadership Committee. Anne is also a member of the Atlanta Exit Planning Exchange and Women in Technology (WIT).
